Om Mama Co and Village Maternity collaborate to bring YOU a special class just for moms, featuring local yoga teacher and prenatal/postpartum expert Jessica Leigh Smith.
This one hour yoga class is for expecting mothers, new mamas, or parents of bigger kiddos. Mama Yoga will focus on prenatal and postpartum positions to help you feel connected to your body. We will play with strength and flexibility, and tap into some deep restoration to refill your cup.
All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat. Especially if you are pregnant, we suggest eating a light snack at least one hour before class.

Jessica Leigh Smith is a yoga teacher in the Seattle area focusing on prenatal, postpartum, and family yoga. Expect kind words, a healthy dose of curiosity, movement exploration infused with education and play, and long savasanas in her classes :) When off the mat, you'll find Jessica exploring Seattle, testing out new recipes, feeding her creative impulses, and on long walks with her pups, Moose and Gemini.
