Oh Baby! Fitness Pregnancy Yoga Series
Take the time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe your sore back, shoulders and legs. Learn to relax, breathe and meditate in preparation for the big day. No yoga experience is necessary, but if you practice yoga regularly, you'll love our challenging modified poses.
What to bring:
yoga mat, towel, bed or sofa pillow, strap (bathrobe belt will do), water. You will also need to bring a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate in class. Click Here to download a form. Oh Baby! Fitness requires medical clearance for ALL pregnant clients.
This class will take place Wednesdays at 5:30 PM starting October 2, 2019 in the Kumon Learning Center.
$20 drop in or $126 for series.

My name is Maria Broad. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling. Since graduation, I have dedicated myself to the pursuit of growth, health and happiness. After graduation, I moved to the big apple and landed an incredible job as a personal chef for an elite family. This job sparked my passion for healthy cooking and promoting healthy living. In 2016, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In 2017, I earned my RYT 200 Hour certification from Abhaya Yoga. Today, my husband and I are new residents of Seattle, Washington and the proud parents of our 5 month old son, Rafael Thomas. I am beyond grateful for the love and support of the Oh Baby Fitness community. I have seen the positive results from staying active during and after my own pregnancy, and I look forward to teaching pregnancy yoga to support and nurture women during such a crucial time in their lives. I believe we cannot give our best to others without first giving the very best to ourselves. I am excited to pass on the beautiful gift of self-care to pregnant women through yoga.
