Amy is a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering thoughtful, compassionate and individualized nutrition and mental health counseling for expectant and new mamas. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University, a leading institution for natural health education. Amy's academic background in both nutrition and mental health is unique in combining food-body science with empathy, compassion and an understanding of human motivations and behavior. As a mother of three, Amy understands how overwhelming pregnancy and new motherhood can feel and is passionate about helping women nourish themselves well, with food and other self-care practices.
