Prenatal Nutrition - Free class!
Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also bring up a lot of questions, especially, related to food and nutrition. You might be feeling confused by all the information out there about what you “should” or “should not” eat during pregnancy. Join me for a talk to better understand your nutrition needs during this time and build confidence in yourself to nourish you and your baby well.
This class will take place in the Village Maternity store, beginning before the store opens, and you will have the opportunity to shop with a class discount afterwards.

Amy is a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized nutrition and mental health counseling for expectant and new mamas.
She received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University, a leading institution for natural health education. Amy's academic background in both nutrition and mental health is unique in combining food-body science with empathy, compassion and an understanding of human motivations and behavior. As a mother of three, Amy understands how overwhelming pregnancy and new motherhood can feel and is passionate about helping women nourish themselves well, with food and other self-care practices.
