SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We offer standard, expedited, and sometimes even local delivery options. Shipping costs vary based on the method you choose, and you’ll see all options at checkout.

How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available if you need your order sooner.

Do you offer expedited or same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping, and in some cases, local same-day pickup or delivery. Just give us a call if you need something quickly.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S. Please reach out if you have a special request — we’ll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
We know how frustrating that can be! If your package doesn’t arrive as expected, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down or make it right.

We want you to love your purchase. Most unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Some items (like undergarments or final sale products) may not be
returnable — but we’ll always make it clear at checkout.

Yes! Whether you shop online or in-store, returns and exchanges can be handled at either place.

How long do I have to return an item?
Our standard return window is 30 days from purchase. If you need a little extra time (we know life with little ones can be busy!), just let us know.

Do you accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or nursing bras?
Sale items are often final sale, and for health reasons, undergarments and nursing bras can’t be returned. We always list this clearly to avoid surprises.

How do I start a return or exchange online?

Yes! We love helping you celebrate. Our team can wrap your gifts beautifully in-store or prepare them for shipping with care.

Do you offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup for online orders?
Yes! You can select “in-store pickup” at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready — often the same day.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we have convenient parking nearby. If you are picking up an item, feel free to call our store and someone can run out your order.
